MCR 7001 combines 1D/2D barcode scanning
and NFC contactless reading in a compact
device. Designed to support both on-screen and
printed barcode scanning alongside tap-and-go

Its all-in-one architecture consolidates hardware
requirements, reduces countertop clutter, and
simplifies the integration of secure identity and
transaction verification.

Despite its compact footprint, MCR 7001 offers a
high-performance operation. It reads QR codes
from 25–440 mm, supports NFC data transfer
rates of up to 848 kbps, and operates reliably in
temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C.
With its support for Windows, Linux, and
Android, as well as major smart card APIs, it is
built to accelerate service delivery and provide
trusted verification wherever it is deployed.

Designed for global compatibility, MCR 7001
supports Apple Wallet® and Google Wallet
passes, all NFC Forum tag types, and leading
industry standards including ISO/IEC 14443 Type
A/B and ISO/IEC 18092.

technologies such as MIFARE® Classic, DESFire,
Ultralight, and FeliCa™, ensuring broad range of
